The first thing that we get is double GTA Online cash and double RP for the Entourage, Extraction and Hunting Pack Adversary Modes. This means that you can be earning lots and lots of money in a short space of time. For example, I have seen players earning $100,000 in just one game which is absolutely ridiculous.
Furthermore, there is double RP for V.I.P and CEO work and V.I.P challenges. Also, Rockstar has given some very generous discounts on certain things:

As you can see there is a lot of items that are much cheaper now and you can make a lot of money fast. However, this will only stay like this until the 18th August. So if you want any of these items that you don't have, pick them up quick. I would recommend that if you are not a CEO then buy the cheapest office now because it is only $500,000 which is stupidly cheap. Also, the buzzard is one of the most versatile vehicles in the game and is very useful for CEO missions so I would pick that up as well. As for the Reaper car, I would avoid it because it is very expensive and you don't get a lot for your money.
Most IMPORTANTLY make sure you don't spend all of your money because with the Biker DLC coming soon this could be Rockstars way of letting you have some money to buy the new vehicles and garages. So if you choose to buy some of these items then make sure you make the money back in the Adversary Modes.
